「ダングラー」とはぶら下がって揺れる飾りなど、または文法で修飾語が不明確なときに使われる言葉です。

日常会話では主に飾りやイヤリングに使われ、文法用語としてはやや口語的です。文法では“dangling modifier”で使います。フォーマルな文脈では避けてください。
