Definition
凝乳是牛奶变酸或经过处理后分离成固体和液体时形成的白色柔软物质。常常新鲜食用或用来制作奶酪。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
在南亚,'curd' 通常指酸奶,在西方通常指牛奶凝固分离后的固体部分。不要和“奶油”或“奶酪”混淆,用法有重叠,如“cheese curds”指新鲜奶酪块。“lemon curd”是甜抹酱,和乳制品无关。
