権限のある人が、以前出した命令や指示を正式に取り消すこと。

非常にフォーマルな表現で、主に軍事、ビジネス、法的な場面で使われます。通常、同等または上位の権限者が以前の命令を取り消す場合に用いられます。日常会話では使いません。
