Definition

本来は別々に管理すべき物（特にお金や資産など）を混ぜ合わせること。

法律・ビジネス用語として使われることが多く、「commingling of funds（資金の混合）」のように使われる。正しくない行為を指す場合が多い。

Commingling of personal and business funds is not allowed.

個人資金と事業資金の**混合**は許されていません。

Lawyers must avoid commingling client money with their own.
