表揚或官方認可某人的好行為或成就。有時也指推薦某人去做某事。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
“Commended” 比 “praised” 更正式，常見於官方、學術、軍事場合。常與 “commended for” 搭配，如 “commended for bravery”。推薦信中也會見到，如 “commended to the board”。日常對話較少用。
