"coercing" in Japanese
Definition
誰かに力や脅し、圧力を使って無理やり何かをさせること。本人の意思に反して行動させます。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
フォーマルな場面や法律・政治に関連して使われます。'persuading'（説得する）とは違い、強制は選択の余地を与えません。'coercing someone into'や'coercing by threats'の形でよく使われます。
