物事を完全に終わらせること。特に商品の在庫一掃セールや、プロジェクト・試合の終了時に使います。

『close out sale』は在庫一掃セールの意味。プロジェクトや会議、試合の締めくくり時によく使います。人間関係や命の終わりには使いません。
