Birine bir suç ya da yanlış yapma nedeniyle resmi olarak suçlama yöneltmek, genellikle yasal bir süreçte kullanılır.

'charge with' resmi ve yasal bir ifadedir, çoğunlukla bir suçun ismiyle kullanılır: 'theft ile suçlamak'. 'accuse of' daha az resmidir, 'charge for' ise ödeme istemek anlamındadır, karıştırmayın.
