"by the day" in Turkish
Definition
Bir şeyin her gün ölçülmesi, ödenmesi ya da her gün değişmesi anlamına gelir. Ayrıca bir şeyin gün geçtikçe arttığını ya da değiştiğini belirtir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
'pay by the day', 'hired by the day' gibi kalıplar günlük ücret veya kiralamalar için kullanılır. 'getting better by the day' gibi ifadelerde ise zamanla artan veya değişen bir durumu belirtir.
