"buy up" in Japanese
Definition
何かの在庫すべて、またはほとんどを買い占めること。通常、完全に所有したりコントロールしたりするために行う。

主に口語的に使われます。商品や土地、株などで使うことが多いです（例: 'buy up land'）。すべて買い占めてコントロールするという意味があります。'buy out'（他人の持分を買う）とは異なります。
