길이 없는 빽빽한 숲이나 덤불 속을, 식물을 헤치거나 가지를 자르며 지나가는 것.

주로 야외활동, 산행, 생존 상황에서 사용된다. 길이 없어 진행이 힘든 상황에 쓴다.
