Definition

少しだけ動くこと、または考えや態度を変えること。たいてい動かない、気持ちが変わらない場合に使われます。

「not budging」など否定形で頑固さや変わらなさを表すことが多いです。物理的、考え方の両方に使われます。

The door isn't budging at all.

ドアが全く**動きません**。

He kept pushing, but the rock wasn't budging.
