在谈话中开始提及某个话题，或指抚养孩子直到成年。

口语中常用。提出话题时常搭配 'topic', 'question', 'issue'。表示抚养只用于孩子，不可用于植物或动物。不要和 'bring'（带来）混淆。

Let's bring up this idea at the next meeting.
