Ignorar, evitar o no presentarse a algo o alguien intencionadamente. También puede significar saltarse una responsabilidad o evento, generalmente de manera informal o irrespetuosa.

Expresión informal. Se usa mucho para faltar a reuniones, citas o planes: 'blow off a meeting', 'blow someone off'. Puede sonar irrespetuoso si se usa con personas u obligaciones. No confundir con el sentido literal de 'blow'.
