血がついている、または血で染まっている状態を指します。主にけがや事故、喧嘩などで血が付いた時に使います。

'血だらけの'は怪我の後や何かに血が付いた時に使います。「bloodied nose（血だらけの鼻）」などによく使われます。「bloody」とは異なり、罵り言葉ではありません。
