‘교두보’는 군사적으로 해안에 확보된 공격의 출발 거점이다. 비유적으로는 새로운 분야나 활동에서 첫 번째 발판, 중요한 진입점을 의미한다.
Usage Notes (Korean)
군사적 맥락과 사업 등 새로운 진출을 의미할 때 사용된다. 여러 진입점을 가리킬 때 복수형('beachheads') 사용. 해변 관광과 관련 없음.
