Estar presente num local ou evento específico, ou comparecer a algo. Por vezes é usado para demonstrar apoio ou compromisso.

Frequente no inglês falado, normalmente num contexto informal. Pode referir-se a estar presente fisicamente ('estar lá às 5') ou a prestar apoio ('vou estar lá para ti'). Só se usa para pessoas (ou animais de estimação), não para objetos.
