主に紋章学で使われる正式な言葉で、銀色を意味します。日常会話ではほとんど使われません。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「blazoned argent」「shield of argent」など紋章学や詩的表現以外ではほとんど使いません。お金（フランス語の“argent”）という意味にはならないので注意。
