"recused" in Bengali
Definition
কারও নিজের বিরুদ্ধে বা পক্ষপাতের সম্ভাবনা থাকলে, আইনগত মামলা বা সিদ্ধান্ত থেকে নিজেকে বিরত রাখা।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
'recuse oneself' আইনি/পেশাগত প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়, বিশেষত বিচারক, আইনজীবী বা কর্মকর্তার জন্য। 'excuse' শব্দের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
