已定稿的内容表示事情已经完成、商定或正式决定，不再进行更改。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
常在正式或商务环境中使用，常指决策、合同、文件或计划已定，不再更改。常见用法有 “finalized agreement”, “finalized schedule”。不要与“finished”混淆，后者仅指完成，不一定是正式确认。
