If someone is 'on your case', they are frequently criticizing, nagging, or bothering you, often because they think you did something wrong or want you to change your behavior.
Uso & Matices
Informal and often used when someone repeatedly gives unwanted advice or criticism, like a parent, teacher, or boss. Not literal—does not mean legal 'case'. Often follows 'be' or 'get': 'She's always on my case about homework.' Similar to 'nagging', but sometimes less intense.
