التعريف

自治体や団体が自分たちの活動や会員を管理するために定める独自のルールや法律。国の法律とは異なります。

主に自治体や団体・クラブで使われます。国の法律ではなく、ローカルルールや会則に用いられます。「bylaws」は複数形です。

The city council passed a new bylaw about noise at night.

市議会は夜間の騒音について新しい**細則**を可決しました。

Club members must follow every bylaw of the organization.

クラブのメンバーは団体のすべての**規約**に従わなければなりません。

A bylaw says you can't park here after 8 p.m.
