Definition

「washes」は「洗う」の三人称単数現在形で、水や液体で何かをきれいにすること。

三人称単数（he, she, it）現在形でのみ使います。「she washes her hands」のように使う。「I, you, we, they」には「wash」を使います。

She washes her hands before dinner.

彼女は夕食前に手を**洗う**。
