通常指避免直接談論某個話題，透過含糊其辭或轉移話題來迴避。有時也指通過繞開正題試圖說服某人。

口語用法，常帶有逃避、閃躲的負面意味。多用於遇到難以正面討論的議題時。不等於直接討論（talk about）。
