Definition

“Spec”可以指事物的詳細技術說明（“specification”的縮寫），也可以指“on spec”，即沒有保證成功或報酬而做某事。

多為非正式用語。在IT、工程等領域常用來指技術文件。'On spec' 常見於創意行業或自由職業。複數為 'specs'。不要和 'specs'（眼鏡，俚語）搞混。
