必要がなくなった商品や資産を、急いで安くまとめて売ること。現金化や在庫処分の時によく使われる。

主にビジネスや資産処分の場面で使用し、普通の個人売買には使わない。'sell off'には早くすべて片付けるという急ぎや最終処分のニュアンスがある。
