'Realised' é passado de 'realise'. Forma britânica; nos EUA usa-se 'realized'. Geralmente significa 'perceber' ou 'entender', mas também pode ser 'realizar' (tornar real). Em inglês, é comum usar 'that' após ('I realised that...').
