ある考えや提案があまりにも馬鹿げているとして、公然と笑われて取り合ってもらえないこと。愚かな意見や案に使われる。

主にフォーマルまたは文語的表現。実際の法廷이나裁判과는関係なく、比喩的に使われる。明らかに馬鹿げている考えなどに使う。
