কাউকে অনেক প্রশ্ন করা, বিশেষ করে আনুষ্ঠানিক বা জোরালোভাবে, সাধারণত তথ্য বা সত্য জানার জন্য।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি সাধারণত পুলিশ বা সামরিক ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়; 'জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ' শব্দটি 'প্রশ্ন করা' থেকে অনেকটা কঠোর বা আনুষ্ঠানিক হয়। 'interrogate a suspect', 'interrogate a witness' ধরণের বাক্যে বেশি শোনা যায়। দৈনন্দিন কথায় সাধারণত 'প্রশ্ন করা' ব্যবহৃত হয়।
