誰かに電話やメッセージで連絡したり、頼みごとをしたりする時に使うカジュアルな表現です。

主にアメリカ英語で使われるカジュアルな表現です。「hit me up」は「連絡してね」という意味です。フォーマルな場面では避けてください。
