"frisking" in Japanese
Definition
誰かの服の上から手で素早く触って、隠し物があるかを確認すること。主に警備員や警察が行います。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に警察や空港などの場面で使われるややフォーマルな言葉。『stop and frisk』『frisking suspects』という形でよく使われ、服の上から軽く触るだけで、脱がせて調べる意味ではありません。
