アイデアや計画などに詳細や情報を加えて、より明確で完成度を高めること。

ビジネスや文章作成でよく使われる表現です。'planを具体化する' のようにアイデアや計画を深める際に使います。'flush out'（追い出す）とは意味が異なります。
