指某事物結束時出現的，或在一系列、過程、事件中最後的。也可指最後一次考試、最終版本，或比賽中的決賽。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常放在名詞前，如 'final answer'、'final exam'、'final decision'。'Final' 有時只是「最後的」，但也常帶有「不能再改」的意思。作名詞時，'the final' 通常指比賽的最後一場，也就是「決賽」。
