Definition

全く湿気がなく、完全に乾いている状態を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に天気、大地、唇や皮膚など非常に乾燥したものについて使われます。「is」や「feel」などの動詞の後によく使われます。生き物には（皮膚・唇以外）あまり使いません。
