與某人來自同一個國家、地區或地方的女性。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

較正式或文學用語，日常口語很少用。一般會說“和我同國/同鄉的女性”。不要和“country woman”（鄉下婦女）混淆。可表示同國或同鄉。
