“Concern with” 指與某事有關、與…相關，或對某事感興趣、關注某事。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於正式或學術場合，後面常接名詞或動名詞。例如“concerned with quality”。不要和“concern about”（更強調擔憂）混淆。
