오래 햇볕에 있으면 피부가 빨개지거나 타게 되는 것. 보통 가벼운 화상이나 붉어짐을 의미한다.

비공식적이고 영국식 영어에서 많이 씀. 심한 화상보다 가벼운 홍조나 붉어짐이 대상. 'catch some sun'(햇볕을 즐기다)과 혼동하지 않도록 주의.
