Definition

पार्टी या इवेंट में परोसे जाने वाले छोटे ब्रेड या क्रैकर्स के टुकड़े, जिन पर तरह-तरह की टॉपिंग्स होती हैं।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

अधिकतर बहुवचन में ('canapés') इस्तेमाल होता है। आमतौर पर औपचारिक पार्टियों या कार्यक्रमों में परोसे जाते हैं। 'canopy' (छत्र/छाया) से न मिलाएँ। उपयोग में 'serve canapés', 'various canapés' जैसे वाक्यांश मिलते हैं।
