Muy común en deportes y también en situaciones cotidianas. Suele usarse cuando alguien, tras sentirse agotado, recupera energía. Se presenta con adjetivos posesivos: 'tu segundo aire', 'su segundo aire'. Es una expresión coloquial, no técnica.
