إقناع شخص ليوافقك الرأي، يدعمك أو يغير رأيه لصالحك، غالباً بعد بذل جهد.

تعبير غير رسمي، يُستخدم لإقناع من كان معارضًا. شائع مع 'win someone around'. لا يعني الفوز في مسابقة.

It took her weeks to win around her parents.
