因缺水或不新鮮而顯得下垂、無力、萎靡。通常形容植物,也可以比喻人或物看起來無精打採。

常用於形容蔬菜、水果或花枯萎、失去鮮度,也可以比喻人疲倦或無精打採。常和「生菜」、「花」等詞連用。別和動詞 'wilt' 混淆。
