皮肉や強調の表現で、相手が言っていることを自分もよく知っている（自分も同じ経験をしている）と伝える時に使います。

とてもカジュアルな表現で、冗談や皮肉交じりで使う。友人同士など近い関係でよく使われる。『分かってるよ』『それ、私に言う？』に近い。
