話し言葉で、列挙した以外の同じようなものをざっくりまとめて指す表現です。リストの最後などに使われます。

とてもカジュアルな表現で、話し言葉や友達同士のSNSなどでよく使います。「など」や「その他」と同様ですが、フォーマルな文章や論文では使いません。

We have apples, oranges, bananas, and what not at home.

家にはりんご、みかん、バナナ、**など**があります。

You should bring your notebook, pen, calculator, and what not to class.

ノート、ペン、電卓、**など**も持ってきてね。

The store sells snacks, drinks, candy, and what not.
