Definition

यह एक अनौपचारिक तरीका है उन दूसरी समान चीज़ों का उल्लेख करने का, जो विशेष रूप से नहीं कही गई हों, जैसे "आदि" या "वगैरह"। सामान्यतः सूची के अंत में प्रयोग होता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

बहुत अनौपचारिक; मुख्यत: बोली जाने वाली अंग्रेज़ी और कैजुअल लिखाई में दिखता है, सूची के अंत में: 'books, pens, what not.' 'Etc.' से मिलता-जुलता, पर ज़्यादा बोलचाल का है। औपचारिक लेखन में न करें।
