Alejarse de un lugar o grupo, a menudo sin darse cuenta o sin un propósito claro, usualmente caminando distraídamente.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Principalmente informal; se usa mucho para niños o mascotas que se alejan por accidente. Implica irse lentamente o distraído, no de forma repentina. Es común en advertencias ('¡No te alejes!'). No es lo mismo que 'huir' (escapar a propósito) o 'perderse' (no saber volver).
