عموماً کسی شدید تبدیلی کی صورت میں استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ انسان، چیز یا جگہ کے لیے. عام بول چال سے زیادہ رسمی ہے۔ اکثر 'completely unrecognizable' یا 'almost unrecognizable' کے ساتھ آئے گا۔
