অন্যায় বা অবিচার হচ্ছে যখন কাউকে সমান বা ন্যায্যভাবে আচরণ করা হয় না।

‘অন্যায়’ এবং ‘অবিচার’ সাধারণত নিয়ম, অধিকার বা আচরণের প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ‘sense of unfairness’ বোঝাতে ‘অন্যায়বোধ’ বলা যায়। ‘injustice’ শব্দটি আরও বড় বা গুরুতর সমস্যা নির্দেশ করতে পারে।
