Definition
खाना, खासकर माँस, जब ठीक से नहीं पका होता है और थोड़ा कच्चा रहता है तो उसे अधपका कहते हैं।

अधिकतर भोजन (खासकर माँस) के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है जब वह पूरी तरह नहीं पका हो। आमतौर पर यह आलोचनात्मक होता है, पर कुछ लोग अधपका माँस पसंद भी करते हैं।
