確かでないこと、わからないこと。何かについて迷っていたり、決めかねている気持ちを表す。状況や個人の気持ちの両方に使うことができる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'Uncertain' はややフォーマルで、事実 ('The result is uncertain') や感情 ('She is uncertain about her future')、一般的な状況を表すことが多いです。よく使われるフレーズ: 'uncertain future', 'uncertain outcome', 'be uncertain about'。'Unsure' とは異なり、'unsure' はもっと個人的な意味です。
