車で走行中に、ある道を離れて別の道に曲がって入ること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にカーナビや道案内で使われ、『turn off onto Main Street』のように新しい道の名前の前に置かれます。「turn off」単独とは違い、ここでは別の道路に入ることを指します。
